We provide a friendly, reliable and professional service for almost any job, big or small.
We have made significant investment into machinery in the past few years allowing us to stay up to date with the latest technology.
Our Lemken Solitair 9 seeder is no exception. The double disc coulters provide excellent seed placement, even in trashy conditions. Coupled with SOYL variable rate mapping, the Solitair 9 will adjust the seed rate on the go based on previously analysed soil scanning maps. The result is a more even and better established crop with a higher yield potential.
While some front presses have been likened to expensive weight blocks, we have found the Guttler to be nothing short of exceptional.
It really comes into its own in dry conditions with the sharp press wheels making light work of even the toughest clods. The front levelling tines are great for filling in holes and levelling off ploughing.
Coupled with the Lemken at the rear, it balances the tractor well meaning we can cover lots of acres in a day.
All tractors are equipped with GPS steering for ultimate accuracy.
With increasing levels of pre-emergence herbicides being used, especially on Spring barley, we have found these nozzles to be exceptionally effective when treating persistent weeds, especially annual meadow grass.
Crop spraying is at the forefront of our business. We can carryout chemical and fertiliser applications to all arable and grassland crops.
We can supply chemicals and liquid fertiliser as required. This can be from a single can of Glyphosate to all chemical and fertiliser inputs for a cropping year.
Not sure what you need or want a second opinion? We can provide a full recommendation and planning service (including NVZ planning).
Some of the farms we spray for do not have access to a water tank for filling the sprayer. We are happy to provide a water tank for our customers on their farm should this be required.
All operators are fully qualified and Nroso registered. We provide all the details necessary to comply with SQC standards saving you hassle and inconvenience.
For liquid fertiliser application we use Chafer dribble bars. Our experience has found them to be less prone to causing scorch than the single nozzle alternatives that are available.
